This form must be submitted by 12:00 PM on the Board of Education Meeting Date. Persons wishing to provide input on items on the Board of Education meeting agenda may do so by completing and submitting this online form or attending the meeting in person and speaking during the public comment period.
All comments submitted will be shared with all Board members and are subject to the Wisconsin Public Records Law.
